Development of an advertising campaign for uvex stimu lens to showcase and illustrate the new lens technology with three color options.
Three lenses, three colors: uvex stimu lens goggles are available in three different colors, each of which caters to a different scenario: from relaxed, gentle descents to steep slopes with guaranteed adrenaline rush. The colors dominated our campaign and communicated their respective emotional impact. The tinted lenses of ski goggles filter out damaging wavelengths and protect skiers’ eyes. But different colors, contrasts and levels of brightness also have a psychological effect which can be exploited in a targeted manner. COLOR and EMOTION played a key role in the campaign to inspire retailers and customers alike!
Color your emotion! Our campaign claim summed up the effects of the different lens colors in a nutshell. Colors generate different moods, and each lens color was designed for a particular scenario. The pink-tinted RELAX stimu lens is ideal for relaxed cruising. The yellow lens of the ALERT goggles provides support when concentration is of the essence due to low visibility. And the purple PSYCHO lens makes you feel more adventurous and ready to test new boundaries.
The animated microsite was the perfect medium for simply and clearly explaining the different effects of the lenses in the respective situations. Interactive sliders show the intended application of each lens, and the way it influences your vision. Users can simply scroll through the various features and select the color that best fits their purpose. Naturally the microsite is responsive—making it a colorful highlight in the most literal sense of the word for all end devices!
